Lekker spacious suite, and the staff? Ja, no, super friendly, especially the chommie at reception. The tuk-tuk service was a nice touch for getting to shops. Brekkie spread was great!

The room was well-appointed and good sized with a BRILLIANT view over Bangkok skyline. It was conveniently located close to 2 metros.

The staff were polite, but that's the only positive. The room air conditioning barely worked, and it reminded me of I was suffocating. I thought I'd receive a complimentary upgrade due to my expectations, but a mere 'sorry' was all I got. Breakfast? Bland as cardboard and definitely not worth waking up for. What a letdown.

It was conveniently located, right next to Canadian Embassy. Furthermore, near the metro station.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

For a great start, consider using the laundry service to freshen up your clothes. It can help you feel more comfortable during your stay.

Excellent location friendly staff and loveley rooms quite spacious from arrival to departure enjoyed my stay..and the beds were very comfortable...nice buffet breakfast too

I thought the tours desk was asking to higher prices for trips out..so always book your trips elsewhere

The hotel was conveniently located.

They gave a number for smokers without asking (smelled like cigarettes).

-no television set in the room which means you cannot watch tv on bed. -the room that we stayed in has quite an annoying problem, that was the air conditioner is located right at the top front of one of the beds, though a technician was sent to fix it but it didn't help much, therefore I could only cover my head with a blanket while sleeping.

Our family felt appreciated , especially when the staff surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate a birthday. Every request was met with a smile, and the room was both spacious and super clean.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from popular tourist spots, requiring a longer walk or a tuk-tuk ride to reach the main attractions.

Period of stay: 7-11 January 2012. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Once we reached the hotel, instead of letting us wait at counter for check-in, staff invited us to the lobby seats, serve us welcome drinks while waiting for them to settle our check-in. Staff speak and understand English. The security guards and the free tuk tuk service driver are also friendly. The walk to Sala Deang BTS is not very far, about 8mins walk, however, most cabbies do know the location of this hotel. Best to bring along hotel namecard. The hotel is located at Sala Daeng Soi 1, off Soi Sala Daeng. Near Silom which is a vibrant place at night. We stayed in 2-room apartment. Rooms are clean and tidy. No smell. Beds are comfortable. No insects. Provide complimentary bottles of drinking water, instant coffee and tea. Replenish when they make-up the room.

Although they provide free wifi, the connection is very bad in the room. Most of the time, you will not be able to get connected. Only one device allow to login at one time. The shower is weak. Only one room with attached bathroom with bathtub. The other room is much smaller, without dressing table, without hair dryer and have to use bathroom is located next to living room. Surprisingly, no nearby 24hrs 7-11 or family mart (rare in bangkok). The nearest 7-11 is along silom road, i.e. about 8mins walk to the nearest 7-11. Thought we booked a 2-room apartment, i.e. for 4 adults, when they make-up the room, only provide 2 new towels instead of 4.
